China domestic logistics coordination

UYiwu coordinates domestic logistics inside China for B2B orders: pickup from suppliers, factories, Yiwu market sources or other China-side locations, delivery to warehouse, inspection point, consolidation warehouse, port, forwarder or export agent.

Service scope

What this service helps you control

1

Clarify product version, order purpose and buyer requirements.

4

Connect sourcing work with consolidation, export preparation and shipment support.

Buyer problem

Why this service needs control

A China order can fail operationally even after supplier selection and payment if the goods are not picked up, labeled, counted, delivered or handed over to the right warehouse or forwarder on time.

!Different suppliers may send goods separately with unclear carton marks, missing labels, weak packing, incomplete delivery notices or different delivery schedules. This makes consolidation and export preparation harder.
!Suppliers often focus only on producing goods, not on coordinating inland delivery with the buyer’s warehouse, inspection plan, forwarder, loading date or export document schedule.
!If nobody follows cargo movement inside China, the buyer may discover problems only when goods are already late, mixed, damaged, delivered to the wrong address or missing from the consolidation batch.
!Domestic logistics must be connected with warehouse receiving, QC, consolidation, container loading, export documentation and shipping coordination. If these steps are separate, small timing errors can delay the whole shipment.
!Domestic logistics is especially important for EXW pickup, Yiwu market purchases, multi-supplier cargo, factory pickup, inspection handoff, warehouse consolidation, urgent seasonal goods and orders where cargo must arrive before a loading or vessel deadline.

Limits and trust

What we control and what must be checked

Domestic logistics is not the same as international shipping. It covers cargo movement inside China before export handoff, port delivery, forwarder handover or international transport.

iUYiwu can coordinate pickup, delivery and receiving steps, but carrier delays, road conditions, warehouse queues, driver availability and supplier readiness can affect timing.
iCargo should be properly packed, labeled and documented before domestic movement whenever possible. Weak packing or unclear marks can create receiving and consolidation problems.
iDomestic transfer does not replace QC. Basic receiving can confirm arrival and visible condition, but detailed product inspection must be arranged as a separate service.
iAccurate logistics coordination depends on correct pickup address, delivery address, contact person, cargo data, carton count, weight, volume and delivery timing.
iFragile, dangerous, oversized, temperature-sensitive, battery, chemical or regulated goods may require special logistics arrangements, handling rules or documentation before inland movement.
FAQ

Common questions

Can UYiwu arrange pickup from a China supplier?

Yes. We can coordinate China-side pickup or supplier delivery to a warehouse, inspection point, forwarder, port or export agent when cargo details and addresses are clear.

Is this international shipping?

No. Domestic logistics covers movement inside China. International shipping, export documentation and destination import customs are separate steps.

Can goods from several suppliers be consolidated?

Yes. Domestic logistics can be connected with warehouse consolidation when several supplier shipments need to be received, recorded, grouped and prepared as one export batch.

What information do you need?

We need supplier address, pickup contact, cargo name, carton count, weight, volume, delivery address, warehouse contact, marks, timing, packing status and whether QC or consolidation is needed.

Can you check cargo when it arrives?

Basic receiving checks such as carton count and visible condition may be coordinated. Detailed product inspection requires a separate QC or pre-shipment inspection process.

Can you coordinate delivery to my forwarder?

Yes. If the buyer has a forwarder in China, we can coordinate supplier pickup or warehouse delivery to the forwarder according to the agreed handoff requirements.
