Buyer problem

Why this service needs control

Even after production, inspection and warehouse consolidation, problems can still happen during loading. Wrong cartons, missing cargo, mixed supplier batches, damaged packaging or unclear handover may appear at the final China-side step.

!When several suppliers or warehouse batches are loaded together, carton count, carton marks, SKU separation and loading sequence need clear control. Otherwise, the buyer may not know exactly what entered the container.
!Buyers outside China often receive only shipping documents after loading. Documents may confirm that a container moved, but they do not show visible cargo condition, loading order, seal number or practical loading evidence.
!If container loading is not documented, disputes about missing cartons, wrong goods, damaged cargo, wet packaging or mixed batches become harder to discuss later with supplier, warehouse, forwarder or insurance side.
!Loading problems can affect the whole shipment. Poor stacking, weak cartons, blocked access to key cartons, missing marks or damaged packages may create issues during transport, destination unloading or customs inspection.
!Container loading supervision is especially important for full-container shipments, multi-supplier consolidation, warehouse-loaded cargo, high-value orders, seasonal goods, fragile goods, private-label cartons and shipments where the buyer is not present in China.

Limits and trust

What we control and what must be checked

Container loading supervision is not a full product inspection. Product QC should happen before loading if the buyer needs quality, quantity or specification control.

iLoading supervision documents what is visible during loading. It does not guarantee what happens after the sealed container is handed over to the carrier, port, forwarder, shipping line or destination-side parties.
iAccurate loading control depends on a clear packing list, carton marks, supplier batch information, warehouse readiness and access to the loading process.
iSeal number documentation is useful, but it does not replace complete cargo insurance, correct export documents, carrier responsibility or destination-side receiving checks.
iCounting every carton during loading may be possible only when access, loading speed, marks and warehouse cooperation allow it. Full verification needs an agreed scope and practical loading conditions.
iDangerous, oversized, fragile, temperature-sensitive, battery, chemical or regulated cargo may require special handling, documents, declarations or logistics procedures beyond normal loading supervision.
FAQ

Common questions

Is container loading supervision the same as pre-shipment inspection?

No. Pre-shipment inspection checks product quality before shipment. Loading supervision focuses on the loading process, carton count, visible cargo condition, container condition, seal number and handover evidence.

Can you count every carton during loading?

We can help confirm carton count based on the loading list and visible process when access and conditions allow. Accuracy depends on cargo arrangement, loading speed, warehouse cooperation and clear carton marks.

Do you check product quality during loading?

Only visible loading-related issues can be noted. Detailed product quality, specifications, defects and packaging checks require separate QC or pre-shipment inspection before loading.

Can you record the container seal number?

Yes. Seal number documentation is one of the key loading evidence points when access is available and the loading team allows proper recording.

Can loading supervision help with insurance or disputes?

It can provide useful evidence such as photos, carton marks, loading sequence, final loaded view and seal number. It does not replace cargo insurance or legal responsibility, but it helps document the China-side handoff.

What information do you need before loading?

We need loading address, loading time, container type, packing list, carton count, supplier batches, warehouse contact, forwarder contact, shipping marks and special loading requirements.
