China-side shipping coordination for export orders

UYiwu coordinates China-side shipping steps so the buyer, supplier, warehouse, loading team, export agent and forwarder do not work blindly from separate messages.

Connect sourcing work with consolidation, export preparation and shipment support.

Buyer problem

Why this service needs control

Even when goods are ready, shipment can fail or become delayed because supplier, warehouse, forwarder and buyer are not aligned. One side may wait for cargo data, another may wait for payment confirmation, and the supplier may not understand the forwarder’s handoff instructions.

!EXW, FOB, warehouse handover, domestic pickup, container loading, shipping marks, carton data and export documents all require clear China-side coordination. If one detail is missing, shipment timing can be affected.
!A supplier may not provide correct carton count, weight, volume, packing list details or cargo-ready confirmation on time. The forwarder may then be unable to book, arrange pickup, prepare documents or plan loading correctly.
!Last-minute shipping coordination creates risk: missed vessel schedule, wrong cargo handover, extra storage, truck waiting fees, loading delays, document problems or shipment released before inspection or balance-payment decision.
!Multi-supplier orders are more complex because cargo may come from different cities, factories, Yiwu market shops or warehouses. Consolidation, inspection, repacking and export handoff must be connected into one shipment path.
!Shipping coordination is not only about freight price. For B2B orders, the buyer also needs visibility over cargo readiness, document flow, handoff responsibility, loading status and what still blocks shipment.
Process

How we handle the work in China

1

We clarify the shipment plan

We clarify the shipment plan: supplier, warehouse, cargo details, Incoterms, destination, shipping method, forwarder contact, cargo-ready timing and required export-side steps.

2

We collect practical cargo information where available

We collect practical cargo information where available: carton count, weight, volume, product list, packing list details, shipping marks, SKU split, warehouse status and inspection status.

3

We coordinate with the supplier

We coordinate with the supplier, warehouse, loading team, export agent or buyer’s forwarder according to the agreed shipping path and responsibility split.

4

We support EXW or FOB handoff preparation

We support EXW or FOB handoff preparation: pickup address, cargo contact, warehouse release, forwarder instructions, domestic transfer, loading schedule and export-side communication.

5

We track open issues before shipment

We track open issues before shipment: missing carton data, unclear labels, unpaid balance, inspection hold, warehouse delay, missing documents, wrong shipping marks or conflict between supplier and forwarder instructions.

6

We connect shipment coordination with inspection and consolidation results so cargo is not

We connect shipment coordination with inspection and consolidation results so cargo is not released before the buyer understands the status, issues and next decision point.

Limits and trust

What we control and what must be checked

UYiwu coordinates China-side shipment steps. Import customs, taxes, licenses, destination-country compliance and final delivery rules must be handled by the buyer or their licensed broker/forwarder.

iShipping cost, transit time and route availability depend on forwarder, carrier, cargo type, season, destination, customs conditions and market changes. Coordination does not guarantee a fixed freight rate.
iGood shipping coordination starts before goods are ready. Carton data, labels, packing list, inspection status, warehouse status and payment status should be prepared early.
iWe can work with the buyer’s existing forwarder or help compare available China-side shipping agents when needed, but the final logistics provider and freight decision remain the buyer’s commercial choice.
iShipping coordination does not replace QC, warehouse receiving or loading supervision. It connects these steps so the shipment handoff is clearer and less dependent on scattered messages.
iSome cargo may require special documents, restricted-goods checks, battery declarations, fumigation, certification, dangerous goods handling or destination-specific customs review. These must be clarified before shipping.
FAQ

Common questions

Do you ship the goods yourself?

UYiwu mainly coordinates the China-side shipment process. We can work with the buyer’s forwarder or help compare shipping agents, but the actual transport depends on the selected logistics provider.

Can you handle EXW or FOB coordination?

Yes. We can help coordinate supplier pickup, warehouse handover, loading timing, export-side communication and forwarder instructions depending on the order structure and agreed responsibility.

Do you handle import customs in my country?

No. Import customs, taxes, licenses and final delivery compliance in the destination country must be handled by the buyer or their licensed broker/forwarder.

What information is needed for shipping coordination?

We need supplier details, cargo list, cartons, weight and volume if available, destination, shipping method, Incoterms, forwarder contact, export documents, warehouse status and required shipment timing.

Can you coordinate after QC or warehouse consolidation?

Yes. Shipping coordination is often connected with pre-shipment inspection, warehouse consolidation, container loading, domestic logistics and export document preparation.

Can you coordinate with my own forwarder?

Yes. If the buyer already has a forwarder, we can coordinate China-side supplier, warehouse, cargo data and handoff communication with that forwarder.
